Here’s how … Focused on more than a traditional appraisal, our team acts quickly to move each vehicle to the most appropriate collision center.  With an emphasis on quality, each collision center is selected using pertinent factors, including location, equipment and capability, type of damage, as well as vehicle owner preference.  Once the vehicle has been placed in a collision center, our highly skilled, centralized appraisal team, works to authorize an accurate repair cost and oversees all work.  After the work is done, our team confirms delivery and verifies the owner is happy with the repairs.  As a final step, Vspec employs an external 3rd party, to provide unbiased confirmation of an exceptional service experience.
